Today the price is per pitch type and per season, with the tourist tax calculated per person and per night. Full per-person pricing — a pitch rate plus adult and child rates, car and electricity — is in development: ask us during the demo and we will tell you exactly where it stands, without dressing it up.

No, and we would rather say so up front. We do not sync with OTAs today: if you sell heavily through portals you would still be entering bookings twice. It is under consideration, it is not promised. If instead you sell mostly direct, that is exactly what we are built for — and direct bookings carry no commission.

Yes. Fixed accommodation is managed as its own type, with its own prices and its own availability, and seasonal or long-stay contracts hold the pitch for the whole period without re-entering them every month.

We connect to the most common control units — NICE, CAME, BFT, FAAC and most of what is on the market. If yours is not compatible, or if there is no barrier at all, we supply the device.

No. You pay the monthly fee and that is it: we take no percentage on direct bookings or on your guests' payments.

The Pro plan has a one-off activation fee of €500, which covers the full setup: pitch types, seasons, your rate card and the connection to the access system. We do it, with you.

There is a support chat inside the software, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. High season is when it really matters, and that is when we are most present.
